Many parishes have realized the important connections beetween physical health and one's priritual well being.  To this end, we have identified the need for a parish health ministry at St. joseph's.  Sue Koprowski has been trained as the parish nurse and Mary Gunderson as our health minister.  Together, their work serves the whole parish to help meet the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of our members.  Blood pressure screenings are held on the first and third weekends of each month and home visits are available.  Periodic special seminars, such as assistance with a health care directive and CPR Training are available to our parish.
